The Kampala lord mayor Erias Lukwago has filed a complaint at Uganda human rights commission over brutality during his arrest by police last week.

According to Lukwago these squeezed his private parts, dehumanized him, yet he is a respectable leader Kampala.

Now Lukwago is demanding a compensation of 700 million from government.
