Addressing the media about the achievements and challenges faced by the ministry in the NRM’s manifesto week, the state Minister for Higher Education, Chrysestom Muyingo said the success has been registered in the primary, secondary, higher education and technical and physical education.

He says in the primary sector, the ministry has managed to strengthen the capacity of district education officers by introducing the digital reporting system to inspect over 1000 primary schools in the country to monitor their performance.

In the secondary sector Muyingo says the ministry has increased the access of education to all people in rural areas by construction seed secondary schools at sub county level.
