The ministry of education and sports has underscored the need for proper career guidance for youths in the country.
This comes as several youths continue to struggle to make career paths even as they progress with their studies.
The commissioner in charge of Technical Vocational Education and Training at the Ministry of Education, Joseph Kikomeko says career guidance is very critical and should be carried out by experts in specific fields.
He also emphasizes the importance of learning life skills if the young people are to be more productive and competitive in the job market.
