Kapelebyong County MP Julius Ochen has asked the Speaker of Parliament to bear her reputation in mind while presiding over the ongoing debate on the constitution amendment bill 2017.

While giving his position on the controversial bill this morning, Ochen has said that there are some members who habour ill-intentions against the speaker.

This group, he says are pushing for a frosty amendment of the constitution to bring down Kadaga’s own reputation.

The lawmaker also says that his voters have threatened to push for a secession from Uganda if the Constitution is tampered with.
