The guild council yesterday said that over 400 students who are eligible to graduate have not been included on the graduation list, calling on the university management to take the necessary steps and have this anomaly rectified.

The Vice Chancellor Prof John Dumba Ssentamu has said that the university can no longer add the names of students because the list has already been printed. He however says he is waiting for an explanation from the academic registrar.

He also says he has been approached by only 30 students and hundreds as the guild council is portraying.

The 67th graduation ceremony kicks off on Tuesday next week and ends on Friday.
