EC excludes results from over 1,200 polling stations

This is after the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Kahinda Otafiire told Members of Parliament that the long awaited constitutional review process has been held back by lack of funds.

Otafiire said that his ministry needs Shs 13.5b to constitute the Constitution Review Commission and facilitate it to do the work.

However, Mugisha Muntu tells KFM that such excuses are unacceptable because government officials have been stealing public funds and left to go Scot free.
