Yesterday the youth leadership resolved to suspend three of its members and called for disciplinary action against four youth members of parliament accused of calling parallel delegates conferences.

NRM youth vice chairman for Kampala Adam Luzindana says the president is expected  to mediate between the different groups that are reportedly causing tension within the party.

The NRM youth league has been dogged by internal bickering following the Kyankwanzi resolution that endorsed president Museveni as the sole party candidate in the 2016 elections.
