Former Makerere University Chancellor, Professor Mondo Kagonyera says opening the University is a waste of time if Lecturers who are the initial problem of the institute are not willing to come back.

Speaking to Kfm in an exclusive interview, Kagonyera revealed that the problems of Makerere are not unique but insists that the more it remains closed, the more the Students suffer and the University Projects which have a time frame will be ruined.
