The parents of the victims have spoken to KFM seeking for assistance from well-wishers.

The accident occurred yesterday at Zirobwe in Luwero district after a rally driver lost control killing two children, while four others were left with severe injuries.

According to an eye witness, the children were not part of the crowd watching the rally but were only fetching water when they met their death.
