Seven Ugandan based Donald Trump’s supporters have been charged and remanded to Luzira prison by Makindye court grade one magistrate Matyama Paul.

The Seven were arrested last week in Nsambya after Trump’s victory on allegations that they had organized an unlawful assembly.

The seven are Nsibuka Haruna, Mukama Rogers, Mwegombe Edwin, Bigirwa Moses, Kayondo Juma.

Others are Kizza Hakeem and Mado Isaac.

They are charged with offence of Notice to public meeting but they have not been allowed to take plea after the magistrate informed them that he has instructions to remand them until tomorrow when they are expected to appear before the trial magistrate Nyapiri Fortunate who has been away on other official duties.

Prosecution alleges that these seven with others still at large on 10th November 2016 at American Embassy without Notice signed by an organizer or authorized person with in a period of 15 days held a
public meeting.
