The man whose identity has not yet been identified is reported to have been a patient at Mulago Hospital.

Some of the patients claim that he attempted to throw himself into the tank yesterday but was restrained before changing location and throwing himself in another.

The officer in charge of the Mulago Hospital Police Post  Ben Omony says the deceased did not have any documents or phone on him though his body had needles used for drips in hospitals.

He says investigations are still ongoing and is appealing for help from the public in identifying the deceased.

Some of the patients say he claimed to have been a taxi driver though he did not mention his area of operation and he reportedly had no attendants in hospital.
