The duo have stormed the city center along Luwum street carrying yellow t-shirts bearing the portrait of president Yoweri Museveni which they set on fire in the middle of the road.

The youths who were four in number were chanting and shouting “Museveni must go”, and “no one should tamper with the constitution” when the police swung into action and arrested two while the other two managed to escape.

The Police Officer in Charge of Luwum Street Police Post, Ituuza Nduhura says the two have been arrested for causing commotion in the city and are yet to be transferred to Central Police Station.
