Littering the city with something as tiny as a used airtime scratch card could land you behind bars, KCCA has warned.

According to the Kampala Capital City Authority spokesperson Peter Kaujju, anyone caught dumping used airtime cards irresponsibly will be arrested because a lot of money is spent on cleaning the city streets.

However Makindye West Councilor Allan Ssewanyana appeals to KCCA’s enforcement team to first sensitize the public on such issues.
