The ruling NRM party has expressed disappointment with the conduct of former Vice President Prof Gilbert Bukenya.

This follows Prof Bukenya’s move to campaign for the opposition Democratic Party candidate Brenda Nabukenya at a rally in Luweero yesterday.

Speaking to KFM this afternoon the party deputy chief whip David Bahati has said being a party chairman of a district, this was total indiscipline on the part of the former vice president and he will have to face disciplinary action.

Brenda Nabukenya is the race for the Luweero District Woman Member of Parliament with three other candidates including NRM’s Rebecca Nalwanga.

The by-election is slated for tomorrow.
