Prosecution lines up 10 witnesses in Desh murder case

Government has lined up 10 witnesses to testify against Car rally driver Andrew Kananura alias Desh over murder of his employee Badru Kateregga over a tip of shs 10,000 which he got from a client.

This has been revealed by a senior principal state attorney in the DPP’s office Jane Okuo Kajuga.

Kananura , his brother Raymond Kananura , his security guards Cyrus Maganda , Jacob Onyango and Samuel Muzoloowa are accused of assaulting Kateregga to death at Paranamera Bar and Restaurant in the city suburb of Naguru.

One of the former employees Emmanuel Taika pinned Kananura for Kateregga’s murder before the High Court Judge Joseph Mulangira.
