Road constructing engineers not following KCCA plans

The lord councilor of Kawempe division Muhammad Mutazindwa has complained about engineers who have failed to follow the plans of Kampala capital city authority when constructing roads.
Speaking to KFM, Mutazinwa notes that some roads in his constituency are not built as KCCA had planned for example Mbogo road where it is very small without humps and drainage channels on them.
He says KCCA department of engineering must take a step, go visit all the roads that have been constructed and see whether all the road are being constructed as they had planned.
He says without doing the above, the roads will get damaged quickly and this has an impact on taxi payers’ money
