Shock has gripped residents of Lwemiyaga Stage in Sembabule district after landing on the body of a commercial cyclist who was killed by unknown people.

Mustafa Ssemanda is said to have been attacked and his motorcycle registration number UDQ 132T stolen.

Noah Sserunjogi, the Southern Region Police Spokesperson says Ssemanda was approached by two men last night to take them to Ntuusi but midway they turned against him hacking him to death.

Sserunjogi says Police have taken the deceased’s body to hospital for postmortem as investigations in to the matter goes on.
