The state minister for health in Charge of General Duties Sarah Opendi has blamed the increasing teenage pregnancies on indecent dressing by young girls.

She says although the government has put in place a legislation to curb indecent dressing, its implementation has still failed.

She says the country is losing 11 billion shillings each year, through addressing reproductive health issues among adolescents.
