Justice and Constitutional Affairs minister General Kahinda Otafire has described the fallen Assistant Inspector General of Police Julius Shalita as an honest and hardworking officer.
Speaing at a requiem mass held in honor at the All- Saints Cathedral Nakasero, Otafire said the late Shalita is irreplaceable.
Representing the Police Chief, the Assistant Inspector General of Police Okoth Ochola described the late Shalita as an experienced officer whose demise has left a big gap in the police force.
The late Sharita who succumbed to Cancer and Pneumonia last Friday in New York will be laid to rest tomorrow at his ancestral home at Kyankukwe in Mitooma district.
