Uganda Cranes Cecafa

Uganda Cranes Coach Micho is urging his players to stay focused as they take on Morocco today in the last Group B match which will determine Uganda’s fate in this year’s CHAN tournament.

Although Uganda needs only a draw to seal qualification, Micho has been telling his boys to treat the game as a final and go out for a win because he knows the Moroccans will also be going for the same.

In their last meeting in 2011, Uganda defeated Morocco 1-0 in the LG Cup but this is a different ball game altogether.

Micho’s counterpart Hassan Benabicha says his team will be out to improve their finishing after failing to convert numerous chances in their previous games against Zimbabwe and Burkina Faso.

The game kicks off at 8:00pm Ugandan time.
