URA deactivate Kenya Commercial Bank
The Uganda Revenue Authority has today deactivated Kenya Commercial Bank from its portal over undisclosed issues.
According to a statement from the authority, the deactivation takes effective today and so clients are advised not use this bank to make any payment to URA.
Speaking to KFM, Mike Otonga the URA Commissioner for Corporate Affairs said they have unresolved issues with this bank which cannot be divulged to the media because it will be detrimental to its status.
He says talks are underway to resolve this issue, but currently the bank is off URA portal.
