By Ruth Anderah.

30 year old man has been charged and further remanded to Luzira prison for infecting a four year old girl with HIV /AIDS.

Moses Sendagire charged before High Court Judge Jane Francis Abodo and denied the offense.

Prosecution states that Sendagire on June 16th 2015 at Nabutiiti village in Kampala district defiled a four year old girl well knowing that he was HIV Positive.

Court heard that Sendagire has been on remand since June 2015 to date.

But this did not deter the Judge to further remand him until June 12th when he will re-appear for the hearing to kick off.
