| June 11, 2012

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has approved Uganda Olympic Committee’s (OOC) judgment to ban its former president Roger Ddungu.

Ddungu was banned for life by the Extra General Assembly that convened on May 19 at Kati kati and UOC wrote to the international body two days later informing them of the development.

UOC secretary general Peninah Kabenge confirmed receiving IOC’s response and told kfm it was time to get to work.
