Despite a convincing win in the first leg of the CHAN qualifiers, Uganda Cranes coach Micho says there is still a lot of work to be done in the return leg.

Uganda comfortably beat Tanzania 3-0 on Saturday in Zanzibar, with goals from Erisa Ssekisambu and Farouk Miya to carry a commanding lead going into the return leg on 4th July at Namboole stadium.

Micho says the job is not yet finished and early preparations will be key if his team is to seal passage into the next qualifying round.

Consequently, a technical meeting will be convened tomorrow to draw plans for next game.

If Uganda overcomes Tanzania, next up will be Sudan in the last round of qualification.

The triumphant Uganda Cranes team returned home early this morning from Zanzibar.

Head coach, Micho says all the team players and officials returned safely from the successful trip of the first leg of the Championship of African Nations after overcoming the home team, Tanzania in a 3-0 humiliation.
