Police have confirmed the killing of yet another Woman in Entebbe Municipality.

The police spokesperson Asan Kasingye has identified the deceased as 38 year old Harriet Nantongo, who has been a resident of Kabale ‘A’, Katabi Town council.

The deceased, a mother of 2 was a wife to a one Noah Musiba who was reported missing on 13th Sept, 2017.

She was washing Polythenes at a dumping site in Nkumba Bufulu near Nkumba University and her body was discovered this morning after residents mounted a search assisted by police.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police south RPC Siraj Bakaleke who visited the scene has urged residents to move in groups, assuring them that police is doing its best to ensure that criminals behind these killings are apprehended.

So far over 20 women have been killed in Wakiso district in a period of 3 months.
