Buloba dormitory fire claims 6-year old

The police are investigating the cause of fire that gutted a dormitory at Buloba Bright Junior School causing the death of a 6-year old primary one pupil.

The chief fire officer Joseph Mugisa tells kfm that the fire gutted the boys’ dormitory early this morning, when most of children were asleep.

He explains that two children and the dormitory matron sustained serious injuries.

Meanwhile the police spokesperson Judith Nabakoba has said that five people have so far been arrested in connection with the fire.

She says they are the school’s director, headmaster, cook, and two security guards.
