City lawyer Bob Kasango has been dragged to High Court for allegedly failing to pay school fees worth $ 34,725 for his three children in Gems Cambridge International School Kampala.

The school sued Kasango jointly with Nice Bitarabeho Kasango claiming that during 2013 and 2014 their children were enrolled and they undertook to pay tuition and other incidental fees for them on the first day of every term.

However, during academic year 2015/2016 the duo made part payment towards tuition leaving a balance of $ 34 725  which they have failed to pay despite repeated demands.

Now the school wants court to compel the duo to pay the money in question with interest.

Court has given Kasango and his co-defendant 10 days to respond to the case before it is set for hearing.
