Unknown persons have attacked the homes of two Members of parliament with hand grenades.

The two are Makindye East MP Allan Ssewanyana and Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.

In a Facebook post, Kyagulanyi says last night’s incident is the second in two days.

The grenade exploded but did not damage property and no one was hurt, he says.

He also explains at length how he has been receiving death threats on daily basis lately and that close friends have advised to be more vigilant and mindful about every detail of his life including what he eats and the places he goes to.
