The Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura, has transferred the commandant of Masindi Police Training Institute Kabalye, Moses Kafeero and replaced him with the Senior Superintendent of Police Frank Mwesigwa.

Kafeero has instead been transferred to Bwebajja Police Staff College and replaced by Frank Mwesigwa, who has been the commandant of the Tactical Unit in Counter Terrorism Directorate.

Although Police spokesman, Fred Enanga could not be available for the comment, Kafeero confirmed that he had been moved.

Commissioner Kafeero has been the commandant of the Masindi Police Training School Kabalye since 2011 when he replaced Andrew Felix Kaweesi whom he was deputizing.
