After months of campaign, the Forum for Democratic Change delegates are now set to choose between Maj Gen Mugisha Muntu and Dr. Kiiza Besigye for a presidential flag bearer.

Former FDC leader, Dr. Kiiza Besigye has taken to the podium to take try and woe supporter’s just minutes to voting time.

Besigye has been introduced by Tororo MP Geoffrey Ekanya.

Both candidates have30 minutes to convince delegates that they are the best candidate for the 2016 race against president Museveni.

Besigye has asked the delegates to uphold democracy throughout the electoral process emphasizing that they are not looking for a person to run the party but one to win an election.
