Lightening strikes students

Another school has been struck by Lightening in Kaliro district, Busoga region leaving four students in coma.

This comes just two days after lightening struck Nawangoma primary school in Jinja, killing two pupils on spot.

The latest incident has occurred at Valley Hill Secondary School in Kaliro.

The director of the school John Peter Basalirwa says the affected students were struck while in class, just after a heavy down pour.

 The victims who have been rushed to UHRB health centre in Kaliro have been identified as Doreen Nakaziba, Miria Babirye, Ruth Katema and Immaculate Alitusabira all in form four.

 Basalirwa says the victims are showing signs of improvement.
