The Police in Manafwa district are holding a 27 year old man for the killing of his 10 month baby.

Locals say the man got into a fight with his wife and later strangled the baby and threw it in the neighbor’s kitchen.

Timothy Akuku a resident of Bubulo village Bunabwana Sub-count was arrested alongside two other people who included his mother and his sister to help police in investigating the murder of the baby.

According to the area chairperson of Bubulo village Phillip Wambi, Akuku has had previous cases of violence brought against him.
