Meningitis vaccination on in Adjumani

The Ministry of Health has completed a vaccination exercise for Meningitis in Adjumani district.

The vaccination exercise followed the outbreak of Meningitis in the West Nile districts of Arua, Adjumani, Koboko, Maracha, Yumbe, and Amuru among others.

The vaccination exercise was conducted in the two most-hit sub-counties of Adropi and Dzaipi in Adjumani district.

During the exercise, a total of 680 health workers and staff of implementing partners were also vaccinated.
