In a bid to deal with primary school drop outs, government has been urged to scrap exorbitant  school charges.

Chief Executive Officer of PEAS a non governmental organization promoting equality in African schools, John Rendel says the main reason why children don’t transit from primary to secondary schools is because of the many school requirements.
