The increased moral decay in Uganda has prompted former ethics minister Dr James Nsaba Buturo to mobilize other legislators to form a parliamentary forum on ethics and integrity.

According to Buturo, the objective of this forum is to promote good values and morals for society and government in particular.

He says this idea has already attracted over 30 members of parliament and the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga has agreed to launch it next week.
