NTV’s Rosemary Nankabirwa passes on

Former NTV News anchor Rosemary Nankabirwa has died.

According to her former employer NTV Uganda, she has been pulled off life support this afternoon and her family has confirmed that she has passed on.

Nankabirwa had been battling cancer for a while before she was airlifted to Agha Khan Hospital in Nairobi yesterday, from where she has succumbed to the disease.
