Rwenzururu King Charles Mumbere has spoken out on the Kasese school attack, describing it as chilling and heartbreaking

The Saturday attack by suspected Allied Democratic Forces on a secondary school in Mpondwe – Lhubiriha Town Council claimed the lives of at least 40 people, most of them students.

Sounding rather distressed, the King condemns the attack, wondering how the attackers went on rampage unchallenged yet there is an army detachment reportedly encamped two kilometers away from the school.

Details in today’s copy of Daily Monitor.
