Parents of students who sat for the 2015 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education 2015 at Mbale comprehensive High School in Mbale district have threatened to sue the school over their children’s examinations results.

In March this year, Uganda National Examinations Board withheld results of 89 out of the 169 students over allegedexamination malpractice.

This has however left the parents, students and other stakeholders stranded as they are stuck with no solution provided by the school.

The aggrieved parents led by one Michael Mukhoolihave now threatened to sue the school administrators for failure to give proper explanation on the fate of their children’s withheld results.

However, Bernard OsendaOsenda, the director of Mbale Comprehensive high school confirmed the withheld of the results but said that the matter was sorted out after UNEB cleared the school of any wrong doing.
