Parliament is not to resume business until February 18th 2014.
The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has extended the house recess which was to end on the 4thFebruary for two more weeks.
Speaking to KFM parliament’s communications manager Hellen Kawesa confirmed the development saying it was because of the ongoing construction at parliament.
Parliament broke off for the Christmas recess on December 20th last year.
