Two of the 4 MPs summoned by the police recently over inciting violence have today been interrogated.

Betty Namboze, MP Mukono Municipality and Hatwib Katooto Keterrera County appeared at the police Special Investigations Unit this morning to explain the statements they made recently regarding the death of Cerinah Nebanda.

Namboze tells KFM that she was questioned over statements she made during a talk show on one of the local FM stations but was later set free with no charges preferred against her.

Nambooze was escorted by the Kampala lord mayor Elias Lukwago and the DP president Norbert Mao.

The Police first played the recordings where Nambooze reportedly made the said allegations.

Nambooze denied all the accusations and has been released without any charges preferred.
