Police issue road safety reminder ahead of Christmas

The Directorate of Traffic and Road Safety in the Uganda Police Force reminded all motorists and road users on Monday of their mandate to prevent fatalities during the festive season.

Addressing journalists during a weekly security meeting at police headquarters in Naguru, Traffic Police spokesperson Michael Kananura said “Do plan your journey ahead, check weather forecasts and road conditions before embarking on your journey.”
