Police will continue monitoring the movements of former Presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye.
Speaking to journalists this morning, police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi says this will be done so that he does not cause chaos.
Police remain deployed at Besigye’s home in Kasangati.
Kaweesi says they were not aware that Besigye had to report to Court this morning.
