President Yoweri Museveni today takes his land sensitization campaign to the people of Tororo on the proposed constitution amendments.

This is after he launched the second leg of his radio campaign to solicit support for amendment of the article 26 of the constitution that seeks to allow government to acquire private land for development projects without prior compensation.

According to the Senior Presidential Press Secretary Don Wanyama, the president’s eastern region campaign that started yesterday will run until October 7th.

The country wide radio campaign aimed at popularizing the now controversial land bill was launched by the president last month.
