Uganda’s tourism industry has yet again received a boost in terms of publicity and international attraction.

This is after Primate Lodge One of the Uganda Lodges was listed among the top 19 Black Owned Hotels to Visit in 2017 by Essence- a US based travel magazine.

This is the only lodge on the continent that has made it to the list.

Speaking to KFM the proprietor of Uganda Lodges and Great Lakes Safaris Amos Wekesa could not hide his excitement, noting that this is not just good for the company but the entire country.

He says it also serves to encourage other players in the tourism industry to believe in themselves and work towards providing quality service.
