The Uganda RedCross has implored eligible Ugandans yet to be vaccinated to ensure they spare time and get the Covid 19 Jab.

The Uganda RedCross is complementing the government working alongside the Ministry of Health, KCCA and other stakeholders involved in the Covid19 Vaccination to mobilise Ugandans to go for Vaccination.

The organization yesterday had its teams supporting the vaccination exercise at Entebbe Mayors Gardens and will be there for the next 10 days.

The organisation’s spokesperson Irene Nakasiita says there are vaccines that are yet to expire which must be utilized.

President Museveni in his last covid 19 warnedthat he would fire district leaders in areas where Covid–19 vaccines are wasted or left to expire, days after the ministry of health revealed that some dozes were due to expire on 30th September.
