The opposition member of parliament has tasked the leader of government business Dr .Ruhakana Rugunda to clarify the legal framework under which opposition Member of Parliament is serving as ministers in government.
Members including Roland Mugume and Betty Namboze contend that ministers including UPC’s Betty Amongi, DP’s Nakiwaka Kiyingi and Federal alliance’s Betty Kamya are seating on the government side in parliament, but under no legal framework
However while responding the Dr Rugunda said that they don’t have formal agreement yet, but these have tremendously contributed to multiparty harmony.
