Former Gender, Labor and Social Development minister Zoe Bakoko Bakoru has set conditions for her return.

Bakoko who was once charged with abuse of office but had the charges dropped by the Inspectorate of Government has been living in the USA since 2006 in self- imposed exile.

Meeting President Yoweri Museveni in New York over her return to Uganda, Bakoko asked him to support her return unconditionally, procure land for her to settle and also pay tuition for part of her family.

Bakoko Bakoru was also the Woman Member of Parliament for Arua District from 1996-2001 and Ayivu Constituency from 2001-2006.
