Police in Mukono has arrested the head teacher of St Michael High school Sonde over the student stabbed by a colleague in the school dormitory.
Richard Mpaka is charged with negligence after Laul Nyok Akuela south Sudanese student 22 stabbed a fellow student Brian Rukundo to death.
Nyok revenged by stabbing Rukundo after reporting him to school authorities for possessing a phone and was suspended for two weeks.Police is still on the hunt for the south Sudanese who vanished immediately after the incident.
