Buganda Road Court has issued criminal summons against Abbas Mubiru husband to the Golden band musician Stecia Mayanja for hearing of his land fraud offences.

According to prosecution this is the second time Mubiru misses Court ever since he was granted bail.

However defense lawyer Nalukoola Luyimbaazi has informed court that his client has not turned up for court today because he has just recovered from sickness and he is not feeling well,that prompted grade one magistrate Joan Aciro to issue second summons.

Now the magistrate ordered Mubiru to appear before court on 22rd September 2015 for further hearing of his fraud offences.

Prosecution states that between October and November 2014 Mubiru a resident of KataleBunamwaya obtained 45.5 million shillings from a one Ddanze Ronald promising to sale to him land in Lubowa wakiso district whereas not.
