Three MPs arrested

MPs Theodre Ssekikubo, Mohammed Nsereko and Muwanga Kivumbi have been arrested.

These were picked from Kisekka Market as they headed to park yard market for the Buganda fundraising Drive

Meanwhile the DPC CPS Denis Namwoza says three police officers have been injured in the scuffle between police and supporters of the expelled MPs.

Earlier, the police fired teargas to disperse supporters of the four expelled NRM MPs.

After the Supreme Court reinstated the MPs, they headed straight to the fundraising drive by the Buganda Kingdom premier at Park Yard market.

MPs Theodore Sekikubo and Muhammed Nsereko then drove through Kisekka market where they clashed with the police.
